As part of our Women in Gaming initiative, we launched SheTalksGames an interview series that spoke to over 100 women globally in some of the world's top gaming companies on their experiences in the gaming industry and how to attract more women to work in the industry.
Women make up over 46% of gamers but represent only 23% of the workforce, with women on colour even less represented. This initiative sought to challenge and change that.
It was an incredible experience getting to work on such a monumental series and hearing all the inspiring stories from such a diverse set of women.
